Professionally

I'm a Senior Product Manager with a decade on the platforms that run businesses: ERP, CRM, e-commerce. Based in New York City. I do both the strategy and the in-the-weeds work. I've been building with AI for a few years. Right now I'm contracting at Plexor.AI, an AI retail intelligence platform. I run the operator pilot, own the feedback loop, and ship features end-to-end.

Personally

I travel whenever I can, stay active at the gym or out biking, and spend a lot of time with my wife and daughter — who at three years old is already asking better questions than most product stakeholders. I'm fascinated by how things work: everyday objects, new tech, how systems get designed. That curiosity follows me home.

Product work doesn't stop at 5pm.

I find AI most interesting when it solves something real. These are the products I'm building.

AI keyword validator for local businesses, first built for a family friend's medical practice. Scrapes competitor sites, cross-references live Google Ads data, and outputs a prioritized keyword plan and campaign brief.

A browser-based soundboard built to solve a personal challenge: custom audio uploads, keyboard shortcuts, and cloud sync. Built entirely with AI.

A daily pre-market screener that runs every weekday at 9am ET: scans the US tech universe through a 6-gate momentum model, ranks the top 10 candidates, checks held positions for sell signals, and emails the full briefing before the market opens.

'Bolo' means 'to speak.' An iOS app for South Asian kids ages 3–5 to learn their home language through play, not pressure.

A decade of product, end to end.

2026–present

Senior Product Manager (Contract) — Plexor.AI

Built the operator feedback loop for an AI retail intelligence platform and cut synthesis time from a week to a day. Shipped three features: operator onboarding that cut founder support pings by ~75%, a confidence-score tiering system that reduced false positives from ~25% to ~8%, and a one-click multi-camera incident reporting workflow.

2023–2026

Principal Product Manager — Platforms & Operations

Led company-wide platform strategy across ERP, CRM, e-commerce, and internal tools as the only in-house PM, delivering through two offshore engineering teams. Migrated the e-commerce platform to Shopify Plus, cutting $300K in annual platform costs. Built a carrier booking system that saved 4 hours per shipment on fulfillment. Embedded AI across operations: automated workflows, LLM-powered document processing, and a chatbot that drove a 50% jump in inbound leads.

2021–2023

Senior Product Manager

Owned product delivery across B2B and direct channels. Reengineered order pipelines to cut fulfillment time 25%, automating over half of all manual touchpoints. Launched a prepaid ordering system for enterprise employees that scaled to 25+ accounts and $3M in deposits in year one. Built integrations that made deal execution 5x faster across a new dealer channel.

2019–2021

Product Manager

Ran product across CRM, e-commerce, and B2B systems. Led a Salesforce Sales Cloud implementation from scratch: cleaned 16K records, mapped 150K transactions, and built custom APIs to sync the stack. Launched a lead-generation microsite that grew inbound leads 25% in three months.

2012–2019

Jr. Product Manager · QA Lead · QA Engineer

Started in quality engineering and moved into product over time. Coming up through QA gave me a grounding in how systems actually work and how to build them right, something I still draw on.

Product by day. Brand by night.

BUILT BY [ new york ]

Custom apparel. Designed, built, and shipped entirely alone.

I designed every piece (hoodies, hats, bags), worked with a factory in China to manufacture them, built the website, shot and edited all the photography, ran marketing, handled ops, and answered every customer service message. My basement became the fulfillment center. I packed and shipped every order myself.

I ran the brand for two years before life got in the way. People still reach out about the apparel. Maybe one day it comes back.
